The arrival of Moise Pouaty will lead to a stiff competition between him and goalkeeper Danlad Ibrahim, who is reported to have extended his contract with the porcupine warriors.

The goalkeeper is adding up to the number of Cameroonian internationals plying their trade for Asante Kotoko. Frank Etouga and George Mfegue joined Asante Kotoko last season and had a stupendous season, winning the Ghana Premier League. They played key roles for Asante Kotoko with Frank Etouga emerging as the clubโs top scorer.
Meanwhile, Asante Kotoko will be leaving the shores of Ghana for Turkey to hold preseason.
