Ghana’s Black Satellites have arrived in Ivory Coast for the 2023 WAFU Zone B U-20 Boys Cup of Nations.
Cote d’Ivoire, Niger, Togo, Burkina Faso, and Ghana will battle for honours and a berth in the U-23 Africa Cup of Nations between July 7 and 21, 2023.
The Ghana Football Association claims that the team’s makeup is unusual, with the oldest born in 2005 rather than 2003, as part of efforts to develop a formidable crop of youthful players for Ghana’s future.
Ghana is in Group A alongside Cote D’Ivoire, Niger, and Burkina Faso, while Togo is in Group B with Benin.
