Don’t Abstain From Your Partners For Too Long – Mohammed Gargo Advises Young Players
Former Ghanaian international, Mohammed Gargo has intimated the relevance of s*x for players to enhance the longevity of their career
“It takes every normal professional club six weeks to camp players and maybe when you return home for break the league might start again the next two weeks.
How can you stay away from s*x for six weeks whiles in camp plus that two weeks at home? It will be like you will not have s*x for a year and that one too is not good. Staying away from it for a long time I don’t think you are a human being because it won’t make you flexible.
Gargo, however, cautioned players to be with one partner instead of changing girlfriends regularly. “It isn’t normal for footballers to abstain from s*x for a long period.
Gargo recounted how his advice to former Black Stars captain, Stephen Appiah paid off when he first met the latter who had just signed for a club in Italy as a young footballer.
“I remember when Stephen Appiah was coming to Udinese, the first thing I told him is that he should marry his then-girlfriend after a year so that we can send the lady an invitation to Italy immediately. That’s what we did.
“Saying you are not married, as a professional footballer can’t be possible because that’s the only thing that can also damage your career.
“The reason is that changing the ladies is not good but having one partner is okay.
“When God created man, if there’s a continues off some time your wife or a girlfriend you will not feel to do it again the next day any cause you have to give yourself some time but if you don’t have one partner you will always push yourself to have an affair with comment girls.
“The more you do it, the more you weak the body because the sp**rms we always release the ladies come out from our joints.
“You will weak yourself when you change the girls but when you have your own partner you cannot do it continuously for a week.
You have to give yourself a space small.“It helps the body than not doing it all. Also, you will not faction well if you stay away from it for a long time.” Via GSP1
Harry Maguire, a Manchester United defender, has accepted Hon. Isaac Adongo’s apologies for dragging him through the dirt.

Adongo was discussing the budget when he likened Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia’s economic management to Maguire’s on-field performances.

“I was very quick to compare my big brother Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia to Harry Maguire. Mr. Speaker, I now apologize to Harry Maguire…Today Maguire has turned the corner; he is a transformational footballer. Maguire is now scoring goals for Manchester United.”
“Mr Speaker, Harry Maguire is now a key player for Manchester United. As for our Maguire, he is now roaming at the IMF with a cup in hand,” he stated.
Following the apology, Maguire stated on social media, “MP Issac Adongo apology accepted.” “Hope to see you at Old Trafford soon.”
Meanwhile, Everton will play Manchester United in the Premier League on Sunday at Goodison Park.
Argentina’s World Cup-winning coach, Lionel Scaloni, has indicated that he is considering stepping down after five years in charge.

After a brief stint in command of Argentina’s under-20 team, Scaloni took over as manager in August 2018.
