Beverly Afaglo, a celebrated Ghanaian actress and serial entrepreneur, has joined the long list of successful businesspeople who regularly lament Ghanaian youth’s casual attitude towards work.
Despite the fact that some social media users who are vehemently opposed to such profiling criticise business owners who portray Ghanaian youth as lazy.
Beverly Afaglo courageously described Ghanaian youth as entitled and lazy.
During an exclusive interview with Zionfelix, Beverly Afaglo lamented that the majority of her employees have poor work ethics but are constantly asking for pay raises.
According to the owner of a shawarma restaurant;
“Running a business in Ghana is difficult; people will sabotage you, and finding workers is difficult.” People are constantly depressed about their jobs on social media. Everything is a lie because they don’t need a job. “They’re just lazy,” she explained.
“Youths are lazy because they believe that once you are born, you begin walking…It is a process, but they expect so much because they have no experience… We consider transportation and all that, but people are quick to quit after two weeks if they are under pressure at work. Riders can stress you out.
Beverly is currently facing the same backlash as McDan, who was severely roasted on the internet a few months ago for sharing the same submission.
