He Should Go – Stauch Kotoko Supporter Bares Teeth At Runaway Prosper Ogum

Gleaning from sources I can trust, the narratives out there isn’t as it seem. Dr. Ogum wants certain degree of autonomy/final say over decisions not even the most advanced clubs would yield to their Managers.

His somewhat inherent personality trait makes him want to almost always have ‘his way’ regardless of what superior argument is laid before him. No club would countenance that.

We all scream PROFESSIONALISM but let’s not kid ourselves – It’s in no Ghanaian club’s interest to hand complete responsibility over ‘who goes and who comes’ to a coach unless you don’t really care about whether the club keeps alive or dies.

Ignore the propaganda about wages/salaries etc as cause for the rift. IT IS NOT! But we do expect such side stories when issues like this arise.

He doesn’t think he can work with the management/board who maintain their positions on certain issues. Fine.

His decision is neither a good one or bad as far as I’m concerned and I implore fans to lay down their emotions and allow the managers of the club to make decisions that best fit the club.

For once, get behind the institution, Kotoko. Let’s not always jump behind individual characters we almost immediately assign the ‘victim tag’.

If he did great at Kotoko like we all think he did, it is because he worked in an environment set by others (Management/Board).

Food for thought: How many of the club’s best players in the just ended season do you think were recruited on the advice of Coach Ogum and how many landed the red shirts because Mgt, through other scouting mediums, took a chance with them?

No qualms! HE SHOULD GO!
