It Will Be Very Cheap To Blame Only Dede Ayew For Ghana’s World Cup Exit – Mohammed Kudus Explains Why; Check Details

Ajax and Black Stars midfielder, Mohammed Kudus has run to the defense of captain Andre Dede Ayew in relation to the several crìtìcisms directed to him amidst his inability to convert a spotkick against Uruguay in their final group game.

Speaking in an interview after the loss, Kudus stated that it will be unfair to blame only Dede Ayew for Ghana’s loss to Uruguay because he doesn’t think the penalty miss had an adverse effect on the team’s performance.

According to him, blaming a single player who missed a penalty kick is the easiest thing Ghanaians can do.

However, he believes he also had chances he could have converted to turn things around but failed to make it count hence the blame should be placed on only Dede Ayew.
