JackBoy was born in Haiti on August 27, 1997. Pierre Delince is his given name. When he was six years old, his parents relocated to the United States. He lived in several towns in South Florida before settling in Pompano Beach. JackBoy is of Haitian descent, and he is quite proud of it. In fact, he wrote and released the song Spittin Facts on May 18, Haitian Flag Day.
JackBoy grew raised in poverty, which drove him to a life of crime. He has also claimed that growing up on the streets influenced his decision to become a criminal. When JackBoy was 11, he was arrested for the first time for breaking into someone’s home. He was only imprisoned for one day after being apprehended. As he grew older, JackBoy became more involved in illegal activities, and he was taken to the Juvenile Detention Centre. He remained at the Detention Centre until the age of 17.
Even after being released from the correctional centre, he continued to get into problems. When he reached 18, he was arrested for credit card fraud, violent violence, and armed robbery. In reality, he was given the alias JackBoy, which marks him as a robber. By the age of 22, he had gotten himself into a lot of trouble and was imprisoned for 8 years.
Personal Life
In the year 2020, JackBoy was dating a woman named Jolene. He may be single right now because there has been no word of him dating anyone. JackBoy has lately been in the spotlight when his so-called closest friend Kodak Black tweeted about someone who was ungrateful. JackBoy recognised the tweet as intended for him and responded with the words of Kevin Gate’s song “Vouch.” Even though the two closest friends have been together since they were children, something may have gotten in the way and led to furious Twitter battles. Later, on Instagram Live, JackBoy introduced Kodak as his brother.
Career
During his time in prison, he learnt to be more watchful and patient. While incarcerated, he aspired to be a rapper. JackBoy got his start in music through freestyling. In 2016, he recorded his debut freestyle single, rapping over Bobby Shmurda’s song “Hot Nigga.” He released his debut mixtape, “Stick Up Kid,” in December 2016, featuring his longtime pal Kodak Black and PnB Rock.
He didn’t take music seriously even after releasing the mixtape. After being sent to jail again, he considered making music his career. When he was imprisoned, he saw that the rap may really keep him out of further problems. JackBoy was arrested in August 2019 for a probation violation and possession of marijuana. He was only imprisoned for one day and freed the next.
Previously, JackBoy sounded like his best pal Kodak. However, as he spent more time in the studio over the course of four years, he was able to develop his own distinct sound. His distinct voice may be heard on the song “Bipolar,” which is on his 2019 mixtape “Lost In My Head.” He released his debut album “JackBoy” in April 2019. His album was ranked 96th on the Billboard 200. He has seven albums to his credit. On December 18, 2020, his most recent album “Love Me While I’m Here” will be published.
Net Worth
As of 2023, JackBoy has amassed a massive net worth of $2.5 million. Though he never aspires to be a rapper, he is content to provide his mother with a home and a vehicle. He also expresses gratitude to his brother, Kodak, for whom he says, “I got three cars, paid off.” I won. I’m not going to come on here and trash my brother.” He is most recognised for his work with fellow rapper Kodak Black. JackBoy released his first mixtape “Stick Up Kid” in 2016. On June 29, 2021, JackBoy’s long-time closest buddy, Kodak Black, wrote a mysterious message aimed towards JackBoy. According to the tweet, both are no longer on good terms.
