The individuals, according to him, were seeking to persuade delegates who had arrived at the polling site to vote for their favoured candidate.
Michael Kwetey Tetteh, who barely lost the 2019 parliamentary primary by seven votes, is challenging incumbent Sam George.
In a prior interview with Citi News, Sam George claimed that he is convinced that the delegates would elect him to a third term in the 2024 elections.
