A senior lecturer at the Department of History and Political Studies who lectures at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) has spoken against the “break the 8” agenda frontlined by bigwigs of the NPP.
According to the lecturer named Dr. Amakye Boateng, the newly elected NDC national executives will play a major part in influencing the outcome of the 2024 presidential election mainly because citizens are already fed up with the ruling government.
In a recent interview monitored by Tapnewsgh, Dr. Amakye said the fate of the ruling party has already been determined and as it stands, it is only a matter of time before they are voted out of office by citizens of the country.
He said Ghanaians are eager to vote the ruling party and its government out of power because of their rulership hence he doesn’t think there is any 8 they have to break.
