Rihanna and A$AP Rocky have a second child

It’s a four-person family! Sources tell ET that Rihanna has given birth to her second child with A$AP Rocky.

“Rihanna and ASAP will spend the early days of parenthood out of the public eye and won’t make any immediate plans to debut the new baby,” an ET insider said.

They went on to say that there has been talk of tying the pregnancy announcement to Rihanna’s Clara Lionel Foundation or perhaps announcing it on Instagram or at her annual gala. Nothing has been verified as of yet. The announcement of the family’s new arrival was originally reported by TMZ.

A source told ET last month that Rihanna and Rocky had no intentions to leave Los Angeles until their baby was born. “She has limited work obligations as well,” the insider said, adding that Rihanna and Rocky “are each other’s rock” and have been wonderful at prioritising their relationship despite their hectic schedules.

According to the source, “she knows her world is about to get exponentially busier with two babies in the house under two.”

Rihanna shocked the world when she announced her second pregnancy at the Super Bowl LVII halftime show in February. During the concert, the popular pop artist displayed her baby belly, and her agent confirmed the news to ET immediately thereafter.

While many were surprised by the news, a source told ET at the time that Rihanna and A$AP “have always wanted to grow their family.”

“Rihanna adores being a mother, and it is her greatest achievement in life.” “She and A$AP have always wanted to expand their family and have another child together,” according to the insider. “They’ve been discussing increasing their family for quite some time. Rihanna’s desire of being a mother has come true, and she takes great joy in it.”

Rihanna performed again while pregnant in March, this time at the Oscars, when she delivered her nominated single from Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, “Lift Me Up.”

During her performance, A$AP Mob was observed in the audience, proudly standing and applauding her on. Photographers saw him cuddling her baby bump backstage later that evening.

In May 2022, Rihanna and A$AP had their first child, a son called RZA. The pair usually keeps their family images private, but they posed for British Vogue right before the Super Bowl. She called parenthood “legendary,” and added, “It’s everything.” You have no recollection of your previous existence, which is the most bizarre thing ever.”

RiRi also uploaded a snapshot of her kid before of the Oscars, captioning it, “He found out his sibling is going to the Oscars and not him.”

After missing the Met Gala in 2022, the future mother of two returned in May, her baby belly on show in a white Valentino gown.
