Mohammed Kudus, a Ghanaian midfielder, has stated that playing in the FIFA World Cup was the peak of his career thus far.
Kudus, 23, made a major move to West Ham United during the summer transfer window, after a standout season with Dutch giants Ajax. His great achievement also secured a spot for Ghana in the FIFA World Cup in 2022.
Kudus was one of Ghana’s best performers during the World Cup, with two goals – a brace against South Korea – and an assist in the tournament opener against Portugal.
In an honest interview with 14 questions, West Ham’s number 14 was questioned about his favourite football memory, to which he replied, “Playing at the World Cup.”
Kudus also mentioned that his favourite singer is Ghanaian reggae-dancehall phenomenon Stonebwoy and that he wishes to visit Tanzania.
Former Ajax and FC Nordsjaelland player scored his first goal for West Ham in a Europa League match against Backa Topola. He has made four appearances and scored two goals for West Ham since joining the club.
