Controversial radio and TV host, Godsbrain Smart aka Captain Smart has explained why he sacked former MP, Ras Mubarak on Onua TV and predicted a showdown between Dr Bawumia and John Mahama ahead of the 2024 general elections slated for 7th December.
According to Captain Smart, his decision to sack Ras Mubarak from the Onua Maakye show was as a result of the MP’s show of disrespect to one of his colleagues, Yaa Titi during the course of the program.
He explained that Yaa Titi assisted in making up the former MP to look good on set, however, the MP didn’t know her to be an anchor hence the disrespect. Captain Smart also predicted that the ruling New Patriotic Party is likely to elect vice president Dr Bawumia as the next flag bearer of the party as a showdown is expected between him and former president, John Mahama.
