Chris Brown sued for alleged nightclub assault in London

The man alleges he was knocked unconscious, but that didn't stop Chris from continuing the assault; he claims Chris Brown viciously stomped on him while he lay motionless on the club floor. Diaw alleges in the filings that he was hospitalised as a consequence of his alleged injuries, which include wounds on his head and ruptured ligaments in his leg. Chris' accuser claims there is security video of the whole incident, and detectives in London have the purported beating video. Diaw believes he recognises Chris in the video and that the singer is a fugitive in the UK as a result of the alleged event.

According to a recent complaint, Chris Brown beat the crap out of a man at a London nightclub, and his injuries were so severe that he ended up in the hospital.

A guy named Abe Diaw has filed a lawsuit against Chris, alleging that he struck him over the head with a bottle of Don Julio 1942 tequila in February at the TAPE nightclub in England.

Diaw says in the complaint, obtained by TMZ, that Chris used the tequila bottle as a weapon, pummeling Diaw over the head with “crushing blows.”

Diaw alleges he’s known Chris for at least seven years and thought Chris was approaching him at the club to hug him when Brown reportedly attacked him three times with the tequila bottle.

Diaw claims his injuries are permanent, and he is experiencing severe emotional agony and trauma. He’s suing Chris for monetary damages.
