Hon. Kennedy Agyapong has joined in the debate for a reformation and transformation in the current Black Stars squad.
According to the astute politician, the team had great defenders on the bench but they refused to offer them playtime because some of the officials in the GFA administration board had personal relationships with them.
He added that one defender was a complete fløp but the coach kept using him when we had the likes of Gideon Mensah and Tariq Lamptey on the bench.
Though he refusto mention the name of the player, his sentiments clearly pointed out Baba Rahman, one defender who was recognized as one the most inconsistent defenders for the senior national team at the ongoing World Cup tournament.
