It has been shown that 60% of Menzgold’s clients are ineligible for payment following validation processes.
Following a call on July 30, 2023, the corporation alleges that the claims submitted by this number were riddled with flaws.
This was said in a statement made by the company’s CEO, Nana Appiah Mensah, also known as NAM1.
According to Menzgold, the deficiencies included, among other things, anomalies or discrepancies in the entries on the face of the papers, false (fraudulent) supporting documents, and phoney authorised signatures.
Customers who are affected, however, have until September 14 to double-check and correct their information.
Payment to properly authenticated consumers is planned to begin on October 20, 2023, according to the business.
“We entreat confident Customers to acquire a ‘Menzgold Traders Transactions Status Verification Access Card’ from Payboy Company Limited and/or any of its underlisted agents for a Personal Identification Number (PIN), to be utilized to digitally verify one’s transaction claim eligibility or otherwise,” the statement noted.
