Asante Kotoko has announced the signing of striker, Kalo Ouattara from Berekum Chelsea on a three-year deal after successfully passing a mandatory medical
The 22-year-old joins the fabulous lads following his impressive performance last season with the Bibiries, where he established himself as a crucial striker last season.
In his first season in Ghana’s top flight with Berekum Chelsea, he scored five goals and assisted five others.
Coach Prosper Narteh Ogum, who is planning to build up his offensive third, as he did during his previous spell, stated after the agreement was finalised:
“Kalo is one for the future and the present. He has all the qualities to thrive at this club and at this level, and we are happy to have him here.”
Ouattara has now joined the team’s pre-season camp in Beposo.
