An old Facebook post of dancehall artist Stonebwoy has popped up on social media which has gotten a lot of people talking. 

A 16-year-old Facebook of Stonebwoy wanting to be like Shatta Wale, then called Bandana has popped up on social media.

Stonebwoy in the Facebook post dated 7th January 2006 stated that he would like to be like Banadana now Shatta Wale when he grows up. He wrote, “I want to be like Bandana when I grow up. Up up. Bandana from Ghana”.

Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jr. is a Ghanaian reggae-dancehall artist who joined the music industry in 2004 till date. He is known by his stage name Shatta Wale, formerly Bandana.

Shatta Wale changed his name to “Bandana” after senior high school and released the hit track “Bandana from Ghana”. The song made tremendous air waves in the Ghanaian music industry in 2004.
