The Ghana Football Association (GFA) Executive Council has ordered an immediate interim suspension on Bofoakwa Tano FC from utilising the Sunyani Coronation Park as their home stadium.

This decision was made in response to the regrettable occurrences that transpired during the Matchday 11 match between Bofoakwa Tano FC and Nsoatreman FC on November 19, 2023, during which Nsoatreman coach Maxwell Konadu was attacked and hospitalised.

This decision is in accordance with Premier League Regulations Article 14(2), which permits the GFA to order the closure of any league centre when the safety of teams, match officials, or fans cannot be guaranteed.
