U-23 AFCON: Insipid Black Meteors annihilated by Morocco

The Black Meteors suffered a crushing 5-1 defeat against Morocco in the second group game of the 2023 U-23 Africa Cup of Nations on Tuesday night at the Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium.

Ghana never got off to a good start as the game devolved into a meet-and-greet in Rabat.

In less than 30 minutes of play, Michael Richardson, Ismael Saibari, and Yanis Begraoui got the celebration began, setting the tone for Ibrahim Tanko’s side’s humiliating night.

The Meteors will now focus on their last group encounter against Guinea on July 30.
