Planning puts Evans Adotey under pressure as a Medeama coach

"There will undoubtedly be pressure on you as a coach because you must plan." If I use the word "planning," it may refer to a variety of things: "you have a team that is playing in the league, playing in the African terrain." "We have also other players who are injured who are in rehabilitation we also have players who aren't having playing time so as a coach definitely you will be under pressure as to how to plan, to organise and go by matching matches one at a time."

Augustine Evans Adotey, head coach of Medeama Sporting Club, believes the strain he faces as the club’s primary trainer stems from careful preparation.

He made this disclosure during his pregame news conference ahead of Medeama’s BetPawa Premier League match against Dreams FC on Sunday, October 22.

Medeama is representing Ghana in the CAF Champions League, while Dreams FC is participating in the CAF Confederation Cup.

Medeama is 16th in the 18-team league after three games, while Dreams FC is 12th after five games, picking up five points.

While conceding that there is unavoidable pressure that comes with being a coach, he noted that the pressure arises mostly from the need to plan for many difficulties.
