Hearts of Oak have made an important decision, confirming the departure of forward Yassan Ouatching from their team.
Yassan Ouatching was announced as a new signing ahead of the 2022/23 season and signed a two-year contract with the Phobians after passing his medicals.
Despite his high expectations, the 24-year-old Central African Republic international appeared in eleven games in the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League but failed to score a goal.
Hearts of Oak took to their official social media accounts on Thursday to announce their mutual agreement to split ways with Yassan Ouatching. The club’s statement wished him well in his future endeavours.
Yassan Ouatching formerly played for Burmese club Zwekapin United and Bangladesh-based Mohammedan SC before joining Hearts of Oak.
The Phobians finished 12th in the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League season, with 46 points from 34 games.
